Manage Users’ workspace

This section of the CloudLabs allows instructors to shadow the users’ workspace and provide support in real time.

1. Click on the Control Panel button.

   

2. Scroll down to the Databricks section and click on Credentials tab.

   

3. In the credentials tab, you will have Workspace URL of all the registered users against their respective email.

   

4. Click link: Instructor can simply click on the workspace links and automatically login to the users’ workspace.

   

5. The link will take you to the Sign in page of the Workspace:

   • Azure workspace sign in - click on the Sign in with Azure AD button.

   

   • AWS workspace sign in - click on the Single Sing On button.

   

6. Once signed in, the workpsace will launch for you as shown below
